1. Order Cancellation (12-Hour Window)

To ensure our rapid fulfillment and priority shipping standards, order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

To cancel, contact us immediately via live chat or email at support@shoppeno.com with your order number.
Once an order exceeds the 12-hour window, it enters our automated fulfillment pipeline and cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our standard 30-day return process.

2. Products Covered & Return Eligibility

Shoppeno offers a curated selection of quality goods, lifestyle items, and everyday conveniences. To qualify for a return and refund:

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their exact original condition, and in their original retail packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is strictly required.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Instructions

Do not ship items back without prior authorization. You must contact our support team at support@shoppeno.com first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and routing instructions.

Change of Mind / Personal Preference: If you purchased a product and simply changed your mind, or if it does not fit your personal preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements back to our facility. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or completely incorrect, Shoppeno takes full responsibility and covers all return shipping costs. We will either provide a prepaid return label or fully reimburse your shipping expenses upon receipt.

4. Refunds Processing Time

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved at our facility, your refund is processed based on your location:

USA Orders: Credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
International Orders: Credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (subject to international banking times).
Damaged / Defective Claims: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Upon verification, we will rush an immediate replacement free of charge or process a priority refund.
