Order Cancellation Policy

At shoppeno.com, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, it immediately enters our fulfillment system.

Cancellation Window

  • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be prepared for shipping.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
